As the 2020 Easter Art Prize had to be cancelled because of the COVID-19 outbreak, we at Beverley Station Arts sincerely hope that we can have your support again in 2021, and that the pandemic does not recur to crisis proportions.
Having commenced in 1967, the Beverley Art Exhibition is one of the oldest annual exhibitions in Western Australia. Now in its 52nd year, the exhibition attracts upwards of 300 paintings from some of the most talented artists Australia-wide. Offering generous prize money, the show is consistently praised for the quality of its artworks as well as the professionalism with which it is run.
Opening Night is a festive and well-attended event with drinks and tasting platters. Held at the iconic art deco Beverley Town Hall, the exhibition is open daily for the duration of Easter weekend. The Art Exhibition is a prestigious and popular attraction among the many events held in Beverley over Easter weekend. The town becomes a hive of activity at this time of year, including a massive weekend-long tennis tournament and the lively Station Markets on the Saturday, offering a wide variety of market stalls in addition to live entertainment, face painting and many delicious things to eat.
