Beverley Station Arts are partnering with Studio 119 in Term 2 to get creative after school and play with clay!

Designed for ages 8-12, this is an 8-week course running Mondays from 3:30 - 5:00PM, May 4 to June 22 at Studio 119 on Vincent Street.

Students will learn foundational clay hand-building techniques, including pinch, slab, and coil methods, while creating three unique pieces across the term.

This program encourages kids to think and work like real artists, culminating in the exciting opportunity to exhibit their work in a gallery setting at the end of term.
Thanks to support from the Government of Western Australia, fees are heavily subsidised at just $10 per class (normally $30).

Tarsh and Sue have been exploring how smells and scents can connect us to place; over the course of their residency, they have been working with the Beverley community to identify and distil the scents of Beverley.

You can find out more about their project HERE.

You can join them on a 'smell walk'  on Saturday 4 April at 1.30pm, leaving from the Platform Gallery at Beverley Station Arts. The studio will be open from 9.30am - 4pm for visitors to come through and find out more about their work.
